I'm not really sure what this bill is all about, but it sounds like it could be a waste of time and money. I mean, why do we need to have "Guiding Principles for Federal Architecture"? Seems like there are more important things to focus on. Just my two cents.

So, like, what's up with this new bill about making federal buildings look prettier? I mean, I get that we want things to look nice and all, but is this really the best way to spend our money right now? Seems kinda sketchy to me. Can someone explain more about this bill and why it's necessary? Thanks!
