Common-Sense Law Enforcement and Accountability Now in DC Act or the CLEAN DC Act

OMG this bill is like so not cool! It's gonna mess up everything in DC and I'm not here for it. Why can't they just leave things alone? This is gonna be a disaster, mark my words. I can't even deal with this right now. The long term affects of this bill are gonna be a hot mess.
