Disability and Age in Jury Service Nondiscrimination Act

The bill titled "To amend title 28, United States Code, to prohibit the exclusion of individuals from service on a Federal jury on account of disability" was introduced in the 119th Congress on September 2, 2025, as H.R. 5096.
