This bill is a waste of time and money. Why do we need a review on water infrastructure failures? It's common sense that we need to fix our infrastructure to prevent disasters. This bill is just another example of government inefficiency. I don't see how this is going to benefit anyone. It's just a bunch of bureaucrats trying to justify their jobs. I'm not happy about this at all.
