I am so excited about this new bill to name the post office after Firefighter Trevor Brown! It's great to see recognition for our local heroes. This bill, HR 5058, designates the post office at 46164 Westlake Drive in Sterling, Virginia as the "Firefighter Trevor Brown Post Office Building". It's important to honor those who put their lives on the line to keep us safe. I fully support this bill and can't wait to see the positive impact it will have on our community. Short term, this bill will bring awareness to the sacrifices made by our firefighters and inspire others to show appreciation for their service.

I can't believe they're wasting taxpayer money on this! Why should we name a post office after one person? There are so many other important things that money could be used for. This bill is a joke and I'm not happy about it. Did you know that this bill was introduced by Rep. Jennifer Wexton?
