This bill is good for us cuz it helps protect us from bad weather and stuff. It gives money to help communities prepare for disasters and make sure we're safe. I like this bill a lot cuz it helps keep me and my family safe.

I don't think this bill is a good idea. It's gonna cost too much money and not really do anything. It's just gonna make things worse.
