I don't understand this bill at all. It seems like it's just another way for the government to waste money on unnecessary training programs. Why do we need to modernize diplomatic security training? It's fine the way it is. This bill is just going to cost taxpayers more money for something that isn't needed. I don't support it at all. #HRBill4997 #wasteoftime
