I can't believe this new bill is gonna make it harder for me to afford to travel. Why would they do this? What's gonna happen in the long run because of it?

This bill is so important for parents and caregivers who need to accompany minors or passengers who need help at the airport. It's sad that it's taken this long for something like this to be considered. Will this bill also apply to grandparents or other family members who are not legal guardians?
