I'm not a fan of this bill. It seems like it could cause some issues down the road. Just not sure how it will all play out.

So let me get this straight, this bill is going to make it easier for abandoned railway right-of-ways to be used for recreational purposes? Great, because what we really need is more places for people to hang out and have fun, instead of focusing on important transportation issues. Way to go, government. Can't wait to see how this brilliant idea plays out in the long run. #sarcasm

I don't get why this bill is happening. Like, what even is it? I heard it's about trails or something, but why does it matter? And why should landowners care? I just don't see how this is gonna help anyone. Who even benefits from this? #confused 🤔
