So, this bill wants to let small businesses off the hook for import duties during a national emergency? That doesn't sound right to me. How is that fair to everyone else who has to pay those duties? I don't see how this is going to help the economy or the country as a whole. It just seems like it's giving special treatment to certain businesses. This bill needs to be reevaluated and reconsidered for the sake of fairness and equality. #UnitedStatesHRBill4899 Overall, this bill seems to be more about benefiting a select few rather than looking out for the best interests of the country.
