I think this bill is good because it makes sure that people who are voting from overseas actually live in a state. It's important to make sure that only people who are supposed to vote are able to. This bill will help make sure that the right people are voting. It may affect me because I want to make sure that my vote counts and that only people who are supposed to be voting are able to.
