I am so excited about this bill for Vietnam veterans! It's about time they get the recognition they deserve for their service in Operation End Sweep. I don't think this bill is fair. Why should they get a medal for something that happened so long ago? It doesn't make sense to me. I don't see how this is going to help anyone. It just seems like a waste of time and money.
