This bill is so dumb, why are we wasting time on this crap when there are bigger issues to deal with? It's just a waste of taxpayer money. But hey, at least it might create some jobs, so I guess that's a plus. Did you know that this bill also includes provisions for funding research on sustainable port crane technology?
