This bill is so dumb, like why do they even bother with this stuff? It's just gonna make things more complicated for everyone. I don't see how this is gonna help anyone, it's just gonna be a pain in the butt. I can't believe they're wasting time on this when there's so many other important things they could be focusing on. SMH.
