I don't understand why this bill is necessary. It seems like a waste of money to me. Why should my hard-earned money go towards funding child care services? I have my own children to take care of, I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's child care. This bill is just another way for the government to take more of my money. I don't agree with it at all.

I'm cool with this bill, but how will it actually help kids in need?
