Trafficking Survivors Relief Act of 2025

This bill establishes a process to vacate convictions and expunge arrest records for certain criminal offenses committed by victims of human trafficking that directly result from or relate to having been a trafficking victim.

I don't understand why this bill is being passed, it seems like it's just going to cause more problems than it solves. Why can't they focus on other issues that are more important? Who is really going to be affected by this?
