I dunno bout this bill thingy but it sounds like it could be good for the ocean or somethin. I guess it might help out coastal communities or whatever. I'm all for it if it helps out the environment and stuff. But who really knows what it's all about anyways? #confused #oceanacidification #coastalcommunities

I just read about this new bill that requires collaboration between the Secretary of Commerce and State/local governments and Indian Tribes on ocean acidification research. It seems like a good idea, but I'm not sure how it will impact me personally. What do you think about it?
