I don't know much about this bill, but it sounds like a good idea to stop Congress peeps from short selling stuff. I mean, they already got enough money, right? So why they gotta be playing the stock market too? Just do your job and leave the money stuff to the experts. #HRBill4036 #Congress #MoneyTalks
