I don't get why they're pushing this. How will this really help our veterans in the long run?

I can't believe this bill is passing, it's so dumb. Why do we need more flags for veterans? It's not like they don't already have enough recognition. This is just a waste of money and resources. I'm sure it's going to cause more problems in the long run.
