I don't know what this bill is all about, but it sounds like another waste of taxpayer money. They always claim it's for the greater good, but who really benefits from it? Not the hardworking Americans, that's for sure. Just another excuse for politicians to pat themselves on the back. Did you know that this bill also includes provisions for expanding mental health services in rural areas?
