I don't really know much about this bill, but I think it's a bad idea. It seems like it's going to mess with Medicaid payments to hospitals, which could be a big problem. I'm not sure how it's going to affect me personally, but it doesn't sound good. I wish they would think more about the consequences before passing something like this.
