I can't believe they are wasting taxpayer money on this nonsense. It's ridiculous to think that creating Ocean Innovation Clusters is going to do anything for our coastal communities. This bill is just another example of government overreach and a complete waste of resources. I don't see how this is going to benefit anyone, especially not me. It's time for our politicians to focus on real issues that actually matter.
