This bill is so dumb, like why do they even bother with this stuff? It's just gonna make things more complicated for everyone. I don't see how this is gonna help anyone, it's just gonna make things harder for tax-exempt hospitals. I don't get why they're always trying to change things that don't need changing. This bill is just gonna make things worse for everyone involved. Who even benefits from this mess? No one, that's who.
