As a 30-year-old woman from Kentucky, I am deeply saddened by the implications of this bill. It is disheartening to see that this legislation may not provide adequate protection and support for victims of trafficking. It is crucial that we prioritize the safety and well-being of those who have been exploited and ensure that they receive the necessary resources to recover and rebuild their lives. I am concerned about how this bill may impact individuals like myself who may be at risk of trafficking or know someone who has been affected by it. It is important that we address the root causes of trafficking and implement comprehensive solutions to prevent it from happening in the first place. Who else is affected by this bill and what can we do to ensure that it truly serves the needs of trafficking victims?
