I'm not sure about this bill, but it sounds like it's about how money is being used for disaster recovery and mitigation programs. I think it's important for the government to be transparent about where funds are going. It could affect me personally if the funds aren't allocated properly and my community doesn't receive the help it needs. Long term, I hope this bill leads to more accountability and better outcomes for those in need.
