I don't think this bill is a good idea. It might help some people, but it could also end up costing a lot of money. I'm worried about how it will impact small businesses like mine in MI.

I was just reading about this bill and I think it's really interesting. It seems like it could be helpful for small businesses that have been affected by power outages. I wonder how this will impact communities like mine in MA. Can't wait to see how this plays out!
