This bill is a total disaster, I can't believe they are even considering it! It's just going to cause more problems and make things worse for everyone involved. Why can't they just leave things alone and focus on more important issues? This is just a waste of time and resources. I can't believe our government is so incompetent. It's ridiculous! Did you know that this bill also includes provisions for environmental protections in the exchanged lands?
