Bill 119 hr 2116, also known as the Law Enforcement Support and Counter Transnational Repression Public Service Announcement Campaign Act, aims to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002. The main goal of this bill is to conduct a public service announcement campaign that will provide support to law enforcement agencies and address the issue of transnational repression.

I don't really understand this new law about helping law enforcement and stopping bad stuff from happening in other countries. It seems like a lot of big words and confusing stuff. How will this affect me and my friends? What's the point of all this?
