I'm not sure about this bill, but it sounds like it's trying to do something about maternal mortality rates. I guess that's a good thing, but I'm not sure how it will actually work in practice. It's always good to try and improve healthcare, so I hope this bill does some good. #HRBill1909 #maternalmortality #healthcare
