Summary of Bill HR 1098

Bill 119 hr 1098, also known as the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program Act of 1994, is a piece of legislation that aims to reauthorize the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program. This bill is so stupid, like why are we wasting time and money on duck stamps? It's a complete waste of resources and does nothing to help anyone. I can't believe our government is actually considering this crap. It's ridiculous and I'm so over it. #wasteofmoney #stupidbill
