So apparently this bill is all about setting up a task force to look at how laws are made. Sounds like a snooze fest to me, but hey, if it helps make the process more efficient, I'm all for it. Can't hurt to have some folks take a closer look at how things get done in Congress. Who knows, maybe they'll actually get something done for once!
