Roberto Clemente Commemorative Coin Act

Roberto Clemente was a legendary Puerto Rican baseball player who played for the Pittsburgh Pirates in Major League Baseball. Clemente tragically died in a plane crash while on a mission to deliver aid to earthquake victims in Nicaragua in 1972.
