I don't like this new bill, it's called the ARTIST Act. It's supposed to help artists, but I don't think it will. It's just going to make things more complicated for everyone. I heard that it's going to require artists to jump through a lot of hoops just to get paid for their work. And it's going to make it harder for small artists to make a living. I don't think this is fair at all. Why can't they just leave things the way they are? This bill is going to cause more problems than it solves.
