Define the Mission Act
This bill requires the President to submit to Congress a comprehensive strategy for U.S. involvement in Ukraine. The report must define U.S. national interests at stake in the Russia-Ukraine conflict and identify specific objectives the President believes must be achieved to protect such national interests. The strategy must be designed to achieve a cease-fire between Russia and Ukraine and must not be contingent on U.S. funding of Ukrainian reconstruction.
