I don't get why they gotta print a new version of that House rules book. Like, who even reads that stuff anyways? Seems like a waste of time and money to me. I ain't gonna bother with it, that's for sure. This bill is just gonna end up collecting dust on some shelf somewhere. SMH. #pointless The long term affects of this bill are unclear, but it seems like a total waste of resources.

I can't believe this bill is even a thing. Why are we wasting time and money printing a revised edition of the Rules and Manual of the House of Representatives for the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress? It's such a pointless endeavor.
