Congenital Heart Futures Reauthorization Act of 2024

I can't believe this new bill about heart stuff, it's like, so confusing! I heard it's called the Congenital Heart Futures Reauthorization Act of 2024. I don't really get what it's all about, but I know it's gonna affect a lot of people with heart issues.
