This includes requirements for contractors to report on their performance and for the government to regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of the contracting process. Overall, the Disaster Contract Improvement Act aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of disaster relief efforts by ensuring that contracts are awarded in a fair and transparent manner. This legislation has the potential to benefit both the government and the public by ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently in times of crisis.
