I can't believe this bill is even being considered! It's going to have a huge impact on our urban canals here in CA. I've read that this bill will allocate funds to modernize and expand urban canals across the country, but at what cost? As a democrat, I believe there are more pressing issues that need to be addressed before we start pouring money into canal projects. Who benefits from this bill anyway? Certainly not me or my community.
