Migratory Birds of the Americas Conservation Enhancements Act of 2023
This bill reauthorizes through FY2028 and revises the Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act, which provides financial assistance for projects to promote the conservation of neotropical migratory birds. The bill increases the cap on the federal share of project costs. It also directs the Department of the Interior to report on an advisory group established under the act. If applicable, Interior must include a description of the composition of the advisory group in the report.
