This bill permanently extends the following Department of Veterans Affairs programs and services:
- treatment and rehabilitation for seriously mentally ill veterans and homeless veterans,
- housing assistance for homeless veterans,
- financial assistance for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program,
- a grant program for homeless veterans with special needs, and
- the Advisory Committee on Homeless Veterans.
