Summary of Bill HR 3621

Bill 118 hr 3621, also known as the Cosmetic Fragrance and Flavor Ingredient Right to Know Act of 2023, aims to increase transparency in the cosmetic industry by requiring manufacturers to disclose the ingredients used in their products. Additionally, the legislation includes penalties for companies that fail to comply with the disclosure requirements. Overall, the Cosmetic Fragrance and Flavor Ingredient Right to Know Act of 2023 aims to empower consumers to make more informed choices about the products they use on their bodies by increasing transparency in the cosmetic industry.
