Congressional Summary of HR 3259
REAL ID Eligibility for Ukraine Act or the RIDE for Ukraine Act
This bill makes certain citizens or nationals of Ukraine eligible for a REAL ID driver's license or identification card in the United States.
Specifically, this bill applies to a citizen or national of Ukraine (or an individual who last habitually resided in Ukraine) who was paroled into the United States between February 24, 2022, and September 30, 2023, as well as certain individuals paroled into the United States after that period.
