It also includes provisions to support teacher training and professional development, as well as measures to improve school safety and support students' social and emotional well-being. Overall, the Educational Opportunity and Success Act of 2023 aims to provide all students with the resources and support they need to succeed in school and beyond. By focusing on innovation, accountability, and equity, the bill seeks to ensure that every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential and succeed in the 21st century economy.
