Congressional Summary of HR 3020
Reinforcing Sanctions on Iranian Terrorists Act
This bill requires the President to transmit to Congress a determination as to whether the President will apply sanctions to the Iran Airports Company pursuant to Executive Order 13224 (Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism). The determination must be sent to Congress within 90 days of the bill's enactment.
