Helping Invest in Key Environments Act or the HIKE Act
This bill adjusts the boundary of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area in California to include the Rim of the Valley Corridor.
Utility or water resource facility activities in the corridor must be conducted in a manner that reasonably avoids or reduces the impact of the activities on the corridor's resources.
