Stop the Spread of Invasive Mussels Act of 2024

Bill 118 hr 10234, also known as the Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Act, aims to give the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture the authority to take action to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species on Federal land and waters. This includes implementing measures to control the movement of these species into, across, and out of these areas.
