I just don't understand why they would want to change this bill. It seems like it's going to make things harder for rural hospitals, and that's not fair. I rely on my local hospital for my healthcare needs, and I'm worried about how this will impact the quality of care I receive. Does anyone know what the short term effects of this bill will be?
