Summary of Bill HR 4885

This would provide additional resources to the federal judiciary and help expedite the resolution of cases. Overall, the JUDGES Act aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the federal court system by increasing the number of judges available to hear cases. This would ultimately benefit both the judiciary and the American people by ensuring that justice is served in a timely manner.
