Bill 117 HR 4578, also known as the Relief for Seasonal Businesses Act of 2021, aims to provide financial assistance to businesses that operate seasonally. The key provisions of the bill include the establishment of a grant program to provide financial assistance to eligible seasonal businesses. These grants would help cover operating expenses, such as payroll, rent, and utilities, during the off-season when these businesses may not be generating as much revenue.
Additionally, the bill includes provisions to streamline the application process for these grants, making it easier for seasonal businesses to access the financial assistance they need. The bill also includes measures to ensure that the funds are distributed equitably and efficiently to those businesses most in need. Overall, the Relief for Seasonal Businesses Act of 2021 aims to provide much-needed support to seasonal businesses that play a vital role in the US economy. By helping these businesses weather the financial challenges of their off-seasons, the bill seeks to ensure their long-term viability and success.
