This would create a safer and more inclusive work environment for new workers, allowing them to focus on their job responsibilities without fear of mistreatment. Overall, the SUPPORT for New Workers Act aims to provide comprehensive support for individuals entering the workforce, helping them navigate the challenges of starting a new job and setting them up for long-term success in their careers.
